Registration is available through our Tickets page. You can choose between different ticket types, including General Admission, VIP Experience, and Virtual Attendance. Early bird discounts are available until June 30, 2025.
The standard registration includes access to all keynote presentations, panel discussions, exhibition areas, and networking sessions. It also covers sustainable breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day. VIP tickets additionally include exclusive workshops, priority seating, speaker meet-and-greets, and the evening Climate Action Gala.
Yes! We offer a comprehensive virtual attendance option that includes livestreams of all main stage presentations, interactive Q&A participation, digital networking opportunities, and on-demand access to recorded sessions for 90 days after the event.
Registrations can be cancelled with a full refund (minus processing fees) until August 25, 2025. Between August 26 and September 25, cancellations will receive a 50% refund. After September 25, no refunds will be provided, but you may transfer your registration to another attendee at no additional cost.
Hearth Summit 2025 is a full-day event on October 25, 2025, running from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Registration opens at 8:00 AM, with the opening keynote beginning at 9:00 AM. A detailed schedule is available on our Agenda page.

Yes, all main stage presentations and select workshops will be recorded. In-person attendees will receive complimentary access to these recordings for 90 days following the event. Virtual attendees also receive this access as part of their registration.
Absolutely! Hearth Summit 2025 includes multiple dedicated networking sessions, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon breaks, and the evening reception. We also offer a digital networking platform for both in-person and virtual attendees to connect before, during, and after the event.
Hearth Summit 2025 will take place at the Green Conference Center in New York City. This LEED Platinum certified venue features cutting-edge sustainability features, including solar power, rainwater harvesting, and zero-waste operations.
We have negotiated special rates with several eco-friendly hotels within walking distance of the venue. Booking information will be provided in your registration confirmation. For those preferring alternative options, the venue is accessible by public transportation from throughout the city.
The Green Conference Center is accessible by multiple subway lines and bus routes. Limited parking is available for electric vehicles with charging stations. We encourage the use of public transportation, carpooling, or carbon-offset transportation options. Details will be shared in pre-event communications.
Sustainability is at the core of Hearth Summit. Our initiatives include: a zero-waste policy with comprehensive recycling and composting; locally-sourced, plant-forward catering; digital-first materials to minimize printing; carbon offsets for all venue operations and speaker travel; and water conservation measures throughout the venue. We will publish a complete sustainability report after the event.
Yes, we have a limited number of volunteer positions available. Volunteers receive free admission to the event in exchange for 4-6 hours of service. Applications will open on May 1, 2025. Please contact volunteers@Hearth Summit.org for more information.
We recommend business casual attire for the main summit. For the evening Climate Action Gala (VIP ticket holders), cocktail attire is suggested. Keep in mind that venue temperatures may vary, so layered clothing is advisable.
